Market Minds Academy provides online educational courses, live webinars, community access, and related resources focused on financial markets and trading education. Access to course content is provided through our LearnDash-powered student portal following successful enrolment and payment.

3. User Accounts

To access course content, you must create an account. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activity that occurs under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account

Accounts are for individual use only. Sharing your login credentials with others is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account termination without refund.

4. Payment and Enrolment

Course fees are displayed at the time of purchase. By completing a purchase, you authorise us to charge the applicable fee to your selected payment method. All payments are processed securely through our payment provider. Prices are subject to change, but any change will not affect existing purchases.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform, including but not limited to videos, written materials, graphics, logos, and course structures, is the exclusive property of Market Minds Academy and is protected by copyright law. You may not:

• Copy, reproduce, or distribute any course content without written permission
• Record, screen-capture, or re-upload course videos
• Use our content for commercial purposes or resale
• Remove or alter any copyright notices or branding

6. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Platform only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others. You must not use the Platform to:

• Harass, threaten, or harm other users
• Post spam, misleading information, or unsolicited commercial messages in the community
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Platform
• Violate any applicable local, national, or international laws

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Market Minds Academy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform or reliance on any content provided. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount paid for the course in question.
